Our Process*
Complimentary Consultation: It starts with a 15 minute phone call to briefly discuss your project.
Schedule an Initial Consultation: We discuss your vision, needs & wants, timeline and budget in more detail and decide if we are a good fit.
Proposal: We propose a scope for the project with timelines and a budget. Upon agreement, we sign a contract and establish a payment schedule.
Work Commencement: We design, research, source and create your Lookbook. We refine the project time frame.
Procurement: Upon final approval of finishes, fixtures and furnishings (FFF), we place orders and schedule delivery and trades for installation. We inspect furniture / wall art / accessories to ensure no damages or defects.
Construction: We make site-visits at every stage of the project to ensure work is proceeding smoothly.
Delivery and Installation: We provide white-glove delivery to the project site and haul away packaging.
Final Styling: We put the final finishing touches to ensure your space is picture-perfect and ready to enjoy!
