Our Process*
Initial Questionnaire: It starts with a quick questionnaire to get an idea about your project.
Schedule a Complementary Consultation: We briefly discuss your vision, needs & wants, timeline and budget in more detail and decide if we are a good fit.
Proposal: When we decide we want to work together, we propose a scope for the project with timelines and a budget that reflect the requirements of your project. Upon agreement, we sign a contract and establish a payment schedule.
Work Commencement: We design, research, source and create your Lookbook. We refine the project time frame.
Procurement: Upon final approval of finishes, fixtures and furnishings (FFF), we place orders and schedule delivery and trades for installation. We inspect furniture / wall art / accessories to ensure no damages or defects.
Construction: We make site-visits at every stage of the project to ensure work is proceeding smoothly.
Delivery and Installation: We provide white-glove delivery to the project site and haul away packaging.
Final Styling: We put the final finishing touches to ensure your space is picture-perfect and ready for you to enjoy!

What kind of work do you do?
If it is home related, we can do it. From partial remodeling like updating your kitchen, creating the spa bathroom of your dreams, coming up with creative storage solutions, upgrading your flooring or window treatments; to lighting, furniture, rugs, bedding and everything in-between; to new construction design concept, space planning, layout, architectural finishes, fixtures and furniture, we bridge the gap between the architect and contractor. We always advocate on your behalf to ensure your home is cohesive, functional, comfortable and beautiful.
I’ve never worked with an interior designer before. How can I work with you?
The short answer: it’s up to you. We can work out how we work together based on your project, scope and preferences. We can project manage the entirety of the venture while updating you at every step, or we can come in to assist during critical phases while you manage some or most of the project yourself. We can work with your contractor, or we can complete all construction work with our trusted in-house subcontractor crew and trades. We can offer guidance if you are sourcing furniture yourself, or provide access to hundreds of to-the-trade vendors - or a combination of both. You define the level of support you want.
I am looking to remodel and I don’t have a contractor. Can you help?
Absolutely. We work with a trusted subcontractor crew and have referrals for all trades required to complete any project.
I already have a contractor I am working with. Can you work with them?
Definitely. We are happy to work with your contractor in a capacity that will assist in completing your project successfully.
Do you ship to the project site only or do you store deliveries?
Both. We can ship directly to the project site or we can arrange to ship, receive, quality-inspect and store at our warehouse until ready for installation at the project site.
I am only looking for flooring / tile / countertops / lighting / window treatments / cabinetry / furniture / color palette guidance / other. Can you help?
For sure. We have accounts with to-the-trade vendors and major retailers (check out some of the brands we love here!) We do consultations for overall paint color. We can help you select and purchase flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, window treatments, cabinetry, furniture and more. We can offer part-time guidance and help you shop; or, we can handle everything from researching and presenting relevant options, procuring final selections, ordering/receiving, and arranging for delivery and installation.
