Initial Questionnaire: It starts with a quick questionnaire to get an idea about your vacation rental and how we can help.
Schedule a Complementary Consultation: We briefly discuss your project, timeline and budget and decide if we are a good fit.
Proposal: When we decide we want to work together, we propose a scope with timelines and a budget tailored to the requirements of your unique project. Upon agreement, we sign a contract and establish a payment schedule.
Work Commencement: We carry out the agreed upon scope, supervise all work closely, and keep you informed at every step.
Final Styling: We put the final finishing touches to ensure your vacation rental is ready for your guests to love and enjoy!

Our services for vacation rentals vary depending on your needs - from turnkey services designed to leave your rental guest-ready open completion, to full/partial furniture/decor outfitting, to renovations and remodeling (with our crew, or with your contractor), to a combination of both. We work according to your unique scope, budget and timeline. Do I have to commit to a preset furniture package or can I customize selections? Can I purchase only key pieces from you?
Every rental property is unique based on size, location, layout, guest capacity and demographics, and overall merchandising strategy - we do not offer one-size-fits-all furniture packages. We can help define a furniture scope with pieces that balance aesthetics and durability and that work for your location, guests, branding, timeline and budget. Yes, you can definitely purchase key pieces that fit the existing aesthetic of your rental, are in stock/ready to ship, and within budget.
I need help with design/layout and purchasing, and I already have / do not have a contractor I am working with. Can you help?
Absolutely. We are happy to help with a design / layout that supports heavy guest turnover and is beautiful. If you have a contractor you like working with, we can work with them in a capacity that will assist in completing your project successfully. If you do not have a contractor, we can offer you our trusted crew of subcontractors and trades.
How do you price your services - flat rate, per room?

Do you handle all ordering, delivery and installation of all furnishings? How long does the typical project take from start to finish?
Depending on the level of support you want, we handle everything from ordering, delivery, receiving and checking for defects, and installation and styling. Barring any unforeseen delays, the project takes as long to finish as the timeline we define together at the start.
I am only looking for flooring / tile / countertops / lighting / window treatments / cabinetry / furniture / color palette guidance / other. Can you help?
For sure. We have accounts with to-the-trade vendors and major retailers (check out some of the brands we love here!) We do consultations for overall paint color. We can help you select and purchase flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, window treatments, cabinetry, furniture and more. We can offer part-time guidance and help you shop; or, we can handle everything from researching and presenting relevant options, procuring final selections, ordering/receiving, and arranging for delivery and installation.
